Detail
The DTCC Smart NAV Pilot used Chainlink CCIP as the blockchain interoperability layer to deliver standardized mutual fund Net Asset Value (NAV) data onchain, participated in by 10 major financial institutions including JPMorgan, BNY Mellon, Franklin Templeton, State Street, and Invesco. The pilot demonstrated chain-agnostic NAV data delivery across public and private blockchains simultaneously. DTCC described CCIP as providing a secure blockchain abstraction layer enabling institutions to interact with tokenized assets across any blockchain with defense-in-depth security.
Why it matters
10 of the most important financial institutions in the world — including DTCC, JPMorgan, BNY Mellon, and Franklin Templeton — validated that Chainlink CCIP is the interoperability layer for tokenized fund data delivery onchain.
